What Should I Talk About?
If you had five minutes to talk to Des Moines what would you say? What if you only got 20 slides and they rotated automatically after 15 seconds? Inspire them to create a website that could solve world hunger? Teach them how to avoid business pitfalls in the current economy? Inform them through stories about your life’s highs and lows?
2008 Schedule
- The initial list of speakers and topics will be announced October 20.
- Proposals for Talks will still be accepted until noon on October 27.
- Additional accepted talks will be announced October 27.
- Slides will be due on Nov. 3rd as to give time to nag in case they aren’t in yet.
- Submit 20 slides in PPT format. You can use your company themed slides.
- If you don’t have a slide theme we will put them in our Ignite theme.
- Don’t worry about timing the slides to 15 second intervals. We will do that for you!

Fill out the form below to submit your talk proposal. We are looking for talks that have some meat on their bones. We want to fill our roster with talks that have meaningful takeaways…not recruiting, marketing or product pitches.
